Técnicas de Movimiento TDM (Movement Techniques) is a platform that specializes on the training for the stage performer (Dancers, Physical Actors and Circus Artists). Since its ignition in 2009, it as exposed several methodologies, techniques and personal speeches of corporal pedagogy, developing numerous programs and body practice platforms, with the goal of focusing and generating spaces for active reflection in the format of labs, workshops and seminars, to consolidate a constant professional project for performing artists.
After ten years of existence and uninterrupted work, this project brings to life its first independent meeting of body practices for performing artists: ATLAS Mexico Festival, that will hold its third edition in 2021.
TÉCNICAS DE MOVIMIENTO
Legally constituted Civil Partnership ran and directed by Itzel Schnaas and Francisco Córdova, which produces, develops and manages cultural activities within the world of Mexican art, focusing on: organizing festivals, creating workshops for dance training and education, project management and funding so as the creation and promotion of performing arts productions within national and international contexts.
Since its ignition in 2018, Fabrica Escena is the production company that manages and organizes the professional work of: PHYSICAL MOMENTUM and its educational extensions ATLAS MEXICO FESTIVAL and TECNICAS DE MOVIMIENTO; spreading through them the development of dance in different environments through the principles of audience building, continuous training and promoting within diverse circuits of international professional distribution participating in different performing arts markets such as PAMS (Korea), TANZMESSE (Germany), FIRA TÁRREGA (Spain) and ENARTES (Mexico).
This is how Fábrica Escena has consolidated itself as a platform of production, management, promotion, creation and popularization; for the creative development of performing arts in the dance field and its multiple artistic and educational investigations.
